- Basics My name is Richard Dobson and I am the owner and sole operator of Woodside Residential Services (formerly Bay-Marin Construction). I have been a licensed contractor working in the greater San Francisco Area since 1995. On my projects I do much of the work myself and hire labor, trades, and subcontractors as needed to complete each phase.
