- I received a letter from Verity Legal Group stating that I owe ~$1000 to one of those payday loan type of companies. The debt is allegedly from 2006. I started receiving harassing phone calls for collection on this payment in 2012/2013. Mind you, I'm dirt poor and terrified at that point (still poor, less terrified).
