- 2 day air is 16 days. I love the products and access but the customer service is non existent. I called about 20 times over the course of a week and nobody every answered. Same with email, no answer. I ordered 2 day air on a thurs and assumed with 24 hrs for picking the package etc that it would ship by the following Tuesday very latest.
