- This RV Park and Marina is located at the tip of a peninsula on Fern Ridge Lake. Used for flood control, the lake is normally only full Apr to Oct. Approximately 75% of the sites (and all waterfront sites) are permanent, but very neat and well kept. The sites are relatively level gravel with a small cement patio, storage shed and plenty of grass.
