Miranda is an ex-professional dancer, choreographer and teacher but also a qualified group exercise instructor, running welcoming, daytime dance fitness classes in the local area. During lockdown 2020/2021 all classes were via live Zoom or online.

Janae is literally a lifesaver managing the studio by helping the instructors with scheduling and greeting the students and answering all their questions when they arrive.
